I'll tell ya something, this is solid food, good quality, great service. They probably won't be around forever, but there must be a reason that this location has outlived it's partners. I always have some sort of carver sandwich, normally chicken and turkey. I've always like their stuffing and it really tastes the same as it did when I was a kid/teenager. Zero issues with this spot, and I should probably frequent more often as I try to tighten up my eating and we ALWAYS eat out. Even passed the William test, which is pretty tough. He's a 4 year old w quite the opinion.

Overall I like the food from Boston Market but the quality is going down. I usually get the meatloaf and mac and cheese and the loaded mashed potatoes. This last time the items were a little old or stale..... I'm wondering how things will look next time...

The food is fresh and tasty. What I really wanted to point out with my review is how great the staff is. Really friendly and helpful.

Honestly, I hate leaving bad/crappy reviews, and truly hate giving one star. With that being said, one star is even too high for this Boston Market. First, I will start with the very few, very old side choices. The mixed veggies that include carrots were so hard, and had started to turn white due to just sitting there. I usually get green beans, but those also looked as though they had been sitting there for hours (maybe days- just reheated) The chicken was so-so.. Had a lot of fat and was basically luke warm. They gal that was working the cash register clearly did not know the meaning of customer service. I wanted to add a soda to my order, and she actually became very angry with me- when I asked. I tried four different sodas, and I was then told those needed to be changed out, this the reason for the nasty taste! I honestly love Boston Market, however, after this visit I doubt that I will ever step foot in another location. Given the cost of a small meal, and having to throw the entire thing away, upset me! I even called and asked for a manager, with whom I was told that I was speaking to, but could have cared less that I was less than pleased with the service and food. Again, it's so very rare that I would even call to complain. Hopefully, they will start making sure that all side items are fresh! More options as well.. They were missing over half of their sides. Lesson learned. Again, maybe it had something to do with the time that I went, but either way- they should serve fresh food 24/7.

I highly recommend this location. The staff is very friendly. I recommend the 3 piece dark but the side dishes are very good. I like the corn, sweet potato casserole, mashed potatoes with gravy, mac and cheese, and chicken noodle soup with crackers. I also recommend joining the boston market VIP club.

This location has been here for a long time. I always seem to forget it's there. They have decent food. I think it's extremely over-priced (and high caloric) but the food is very consistent. And I love me some chicken!! I come here occasionally. I'd come more often if it was a bit cheaper for say, a personal chicken meal with two sides. I stopped last week to get 2 meals, and it was $20. But sometimes it's nice to get "fast-food" that isn't a stupid burger! Know what I mean?

Alas, this is one of the few remaining locations of this unique chain in this area. Lately, they have moved "upscale" when you choose to eat in - real plates, silverware, and you are encouraged to let them clear the table. The food is wholesome and there is a good variety, especially the side dishes. The chicken itself seems to be on the "tiny" side - the "Quarter Dark" would be a snack except that it comes with 2 sides and cornbread. The staff at this location is truly exceptional. They bring the food to the table if it is even slightly delayed, they clear the table, and they are remarkably friendly and efficient. They remember regulars and greet you when you arrive. Be sure to try the creamed spinach, sweet potatoes, and the best Tortilla Soup I have ever had. Order the spiced apples as an extra side and save them for desert.
